Our next Superswim will be held on Wednesday 27th February 2019 from 6.00pm - 7.00pm.

Open to swimmers in Squad Bronze, Squad Silver and Squad Gold.

All times are recorded and time cards awarded to those swimmers who improve on their previous best time.

Awards are given for achieving the following milestones:

10 time cards - Bronze Medallion

20 time cards - Silver Medallion

30 time cards - Gold Medallion

50 time cards - Trophy

Please note that normal squad sessions will not be conducted on the night.
